TUAREG CULTURE

What do we learn about Tuareg culture from this video?

The importance of  tea, the women and the water to Tuareg culture.

Keeping in mind what you learned from this interview, how does seeing the visuals within the video and knowing the meaning of the lyrics give us a deeper understanding of Tuareg culture?

Well, kind of because a culture like that from people like us, who live in America that We don’t get used to that kind  of culture, is hard to understand it.  But what I saw of the video, I could notice that the lyric is really close to the video, visually speaking and also rhythm  makes us remind Bob Marley and the reggae. Also makes us notice that the Tuareg are people who their ideologies refer to the freedom, the importance of the women and stuff like that.

IRONÍA

Mar de lágrimas,
Mar de arrepentimiento,
Mi intención no fue quererte,
Mi intención no fue lastimarte.

Yo no lo pedí y mucho menos quise
Que terminara así.

No digo que sea tu culpa, tampoco
Digo que sea mi culpa.

Tampoco se si fue el momento o
El lugar.
Quien haya empezado, eso ya no importa

Me encanto el inicio, pero no sabes
Cuando odie el final.

No preguntare ¿Por qué? No vale la pena
No se si odiarte, u odiar el final.

Mar de lágrimas, mar de arrepentimiento

Cierro conciencia, cero objetividad.
